That’s where she meets Akito Yamada, a quiet and mysterious pro gamer who turns out to be her guildmate. Though he’s not very social, Akane convinces him to help with her plan—and maybe even be a fake boyfriend for a while.
As they spend more time together, both in the game and in real life, Akane and Yamada begin to see past each other’s flaws. What starts off as a messy rebound might just turn into something real.
